333 Space – Scarlet Noir

Moody romance met reimagined vintage glamour in “Scarlet Noir,” a striking wedding editorial styled within the Pritzlaff’s iconic 333 space. The styling leaned into bold contrasts, monochromatic florals, and warm candlelight in each vignette. With a bold color palette of red, black, and white, this styling is for couples seeking a cinematic black-tie celebration with a hint of drama.

The inspiration began with printed pieces by Paper Envy, LLC. The stationery suite stayed true to the color palette (plus a hint of blush!) and added pinstriping and oval framing to a clean, otherwise minimalist design. Typefaces mixed a serif and script font within a custom couple monogram, for a stylish, unexpected twist.

Other printed pieces included stir sticks, matchboxes, napkins, menus, and name cards. The name cards, layered atop the menus, also functioned as favors: a key and a tassel. Mandel Graphic Solutions also provided decals installed on the dance floor.

The 333 space boasts abundant natural life, vaulted ceilings with chandeliers, wooden floors, and a black-and-white checkered dance floor. Elegant drapery helped frame every vignette, working alongside florals and décor to soften the industrial-chic setting.

Candles led the way down the aisle at the ceremony, flanked by modern acrylic chairs, and leading to a white shelving backdrop. North Gate Floral artfully arranged bud vases on every shelf, with lush florals forming an asymmetrical, incomplete arch.

Miss Ruby Bridal provided three wedding gowns, photographed across both settings. The first dress featured a structured bodice with a scoop neckline, exposed boning, peek-a-boo lace, off-the-shoulder sleeves, and a basque waist. A full skirt created a subtle princess silhouette, with layers of fabric draping into a graceful train. A cathedral-length, tiered tulle veil added a vintage touch, completing the look.

Black Orchid Beauty and RSVP Glam teamed up for hair and makeup, creating an effortlessly glamorous bridal look. Like the styling overall, hair and makeup found a balance between vintage and modern. Hair leaned towards a traditional updo, but with added texture, movement, and loose waves. Makeup was warm and glowing, adding a hint of drama, while still highlighting model Hope’s natural beauty.

The groom model wore two distinct looks, both from Best Tuxedo Company. His first was a burgundy suit jacket with a black satin lapel that coordinated with his black dress pants. He also wore a white undershirt and was accessorized by a black bow tie.

As the top-recommended caterer for Pritzlaff Events, Zilli Hospitality Group displayed some of their food and dessert favorites. They provided delicious bites, a plated meal, a single-tier cake, and desserts. As a playful nod to the champagne tower trend, chocolate mousse desserts were served in and stacked in coupe glasses.

The reception space further embraced warm lighting and bold, romantic reds. Whether draped in white or scarlet linens, each centerpiece included candles of various heights and colors. Table settings also included matte black plating, silver, red, and black glassware from Tablescapes Event Rentals, and an array of linens from Windy City Linens.

Canopies Events and Collins Custom creations also provided chair and lounge rentals throughout the design.

Monochrome was the assignment for blooms, largely including bold roses, carnations, red hydrangea, chrysanthemums, and red amaranth. In addition to the ceremony space and petals at the tablescape, florals literally set the stage at a romantic pedestal by the dance floor and around the lounge furniture. Lilies and green vines added pops of color. Jane Kelly Floral designed the pieces in the entrance and lounge areas, and Flowers For Dreams took on the reception tables.

325 Space – Groovy Garnet

With its warm industrial architecture and vintage-inspired details, the Pritzlaff’s 325 space provided the perfect setting for retro-chic wedding inspiration. Playful patterns, rich garnet tones, pops of lime green, and statement florals brought a fresh energy to the design, creating a vibe that felt nostalgic, while still embracing today’s wedding trends.

The stationery suite from Paperwhites was all about contrast and contour cuts. The suite began with a torn-edge invitation, featuring a custom couple monogram, line-art floral motifs, and a mix of script and serif typefaces. The invitation was wrapped in a rounded sleeve and secured by a velvet bow. Other printed pieces included an oval RSVP, a printed envelope with a blush envelope liner, and two layered menus that doubled as place cards.

Like the 333 space, the Pritzlaff’s 325 space also features vaulted ceilings, natural light, and hanging chandeliers, but with warm wooden pillars, ceilings, and floors. A natural brick backdrop also adds to the industrial charm, while easily adapting to any color palette or style. A checkered dance floor further enhanced the neutral setting, only this time with white and wood squares.

Patterns and pops of color from BBJ La Tavola made a statement at the tablescapes. The tables displayed multiple tablecloths, including a geometric pattern, velvet green, and satin green. Linens at the tables also helped unify each setting, incorporating more shades of green and a polka-dot pattern.

Other elements at the tablescapes included candles, tinted glassware, floral arrangements, and lime green chargers from Tablescapes Event Rentals.

Florals by Milwaukee Flower Co. were funky and fun, working with the subdued, contrasting color palette of garnet, red, lime, moss, and sage. Burgundy-striped cymbidium orchids were a focal point at the tables, surrounded by lush green hydrangea and pops of long-stemmed red flowers.

This composition continued across a lush floral arch set across pillars. The arch included ample hydrangea, red florals, and green hanging amaranthus trickling down on either side.

The bride’s second dress was a beautiful balance of modest and modern. Lace covered every inch of the high-necked, long-sleeve dress, from the fitted bodice to the train of the fit-and-flare silhouette. The dress cinched at the basque waist, further accentuated by exposed boning and sheer underlay. Perhaps the most prominent feature was an elegant keyhole back.

The groom’s second look was a classic black matte suit with a matching vest and a crisp white undershirt. Accessories included a black bow tie and a white pocket square.

For her last look, Hope wore a simple, strapless A-line satin gown. The bodice folded over at the bust, pulling tight around the waist, before continuing into a full skirt.

The final floral styling took place at a ceremony setup, set against the cream brick walls. This softer palette featured blush roses and lush tropical greenery.
